You got some good answer there.The photo may have been too large.Cut your size down

The maximum file size that MyLot accepts is 3Mb. If you are trying to upload images larger than that, it will fail. The solution is to resize your images so that the file size is below 3Mb.

I'm no expert and don't have trouble adding images but in the past when people have had problems it's often the size of the image that is the problem.
