Grey day leavng only f eelngs of despair and tiredness
Not a time for doing or mylottng at its very b est
Time to crawl back in bed as there is no zest .
Need to rest, find things which Im blessed.
No need to mylot whedn I have not got that energy
Time to sleep and recreate that synergy
Right now Im sleep and depressed
Back when I recapt ure that zest.

sounds like you need to take a short walk around inside and get some sun, when it comes out

Sounds like you need to get out and about instead of coped inside that home all the time. Try walking around the building on days you can't go outside and walk just to get away from the computer. I hope you get the energy soon, i could use some energy too. Being sick sure has worn me out.

Yes most of these viruses just really wear a person out me igts just that im not sl eeping well i bel ieve im drinking too mujch co ffee even though I love it I feel its messing up mu sleep
