So who agrees with me I work in a plant where I'm the only person that has to write down what they do all night and my boss can't say no names comes to me every morning and checks my paper and throws it away telling me that my times to match up doesn't look at it doesn't even care should I turn him in for harassment? It's everyday

I would try to find out why he is saying that....and how would he know when he is not there..in a calm and professional manner of course...you don't want to have an edge in your voice...he is your boss after all.
