How deep breathing can exhale your fat?

Deep breathing exercises when done properly for 10 mins a day can easily shed 10 pounds. The key is to do these exercises properly and by using abdominal muscles.

I read about this years ago but thought it was just a bunch of xx. I'll give those links a read through. That would be great if it were true.
