gaurav sood Whats the theory behind blood sucking and turning others into vampires? The mughal emperors in India in 15th and 16th century also used impalement as a punishment. I have seen two great documentaries on youtube about dracula and knew that he was really Vlad.

gaurav sood Less calorie consumption and more exercise for burning calories leads to weight loss. Ketosis means use of proteins as body fuel when fat reserve is dimnished.

gaurav sood I don't think there is something called healthy oil. Oils are only bad and worst. If you do a lot of exercise then its fine otherwise have fried food once in 10 days.
