All that for nothing.

Remember a few days back I wrote a post about an inspection that was supposed to place in a few days and I was stressed about it? Well, today was the day. All that stress, asking my granddaughter to help us, and all for what? Nothing. I hope the woman comes over tomorrow and gets this over with. She never showed, never called to tell us she wouldn't either or to reschedule for tomorrow. I would wager if we did that to them they would have our fannies on the street toot sweet. No, I'm not mad. I am highly frustrated though. Set here and stressed for two weeks over something that didn't even happen. Well, the apt. is ready, way better than ready, and we will just have set here and wait until they feel like showing up.

How rude not even to let you know she was not showing up. I hope you hear news from her.

If she was busy she could have given us a 2 minute call and said she would reschedule.

@celticeagle Absolutely, the fact to be busy do not justify the lack of good manners.

That surely is not very professional at all. Have you tried contacting them to find out what happened and when they will come by?

No. I was giving it a couple of days to see if she would send a msg. She hasn't.

@celticeagle That is so rude. I'm sure she wouldn't want to be treated that way.

The delay may be intentional and designed to catch ou unprepared, but it still seems bad manners to make arrangements and fail to attend.

No, they don't work that way. I have known this woman for years. She is probably just very busy with this refinance thing going on.

@celticeagle She could still notify you if she was unable to attend.

Very unprofessional. I have known this woman for years. There is a lot going on right now so I will let it go but, it does make me a bit mad. If we had done something like this it would have ended a ot different. We'd get into trouble.

That is messed up that they didn't call or anything! I cannot stand when people think you have nothing better to do than just wait on them

I think so too. Not sure how I am going to handle it either. We waited all day yesterday and no call or anything and now today a full day has gone by and no word.

I am glad that i don't have to deal with inspections because we own the place they are only allowed to inspect the land because we sadly don't own it. We just make sure to not leave anything outside.

it is a simple measure of respect to at least let the person know you had to reschedule!

Certainly is frustrating sitting around waiting for nothing. They certainly could have called so you didn't waste the day.

ALready was wasted. Their appointment was between 3p. and 4p. so we set here all day waiting for the time to come. It came and passed with nothing.
