Slow Cooker Recipe for Cheese Lovers

In one of my previous discussions, lively feedback was received on whether or not to buy a rice cooker. In the end, my wish was fulfilled by purchasing a slow cooker instead. Mainly because the crock pot was on sale! Also learned that rice can be cooked in a slow cooker. That being said, now my mission is to find recipes to use my crock pot.
I love cheese and simply must share this slow cooker recipe with fellow cheese lovers.
Slow Cooker Apricot Brie Dip! You are going to LOVE me forever for this EASY and quick party dip. Great for parties and potlucks!

@cmoneyspinner I may have to pick some up since I am going out today. Our crock pot came with a mini one so I can just make enough dip for two.

It looks good, but I don't entertain at all. My daughter got herself a mini Crockpot for college and that would be great for making dips. I can't see myself making a dip in my huge Crockpot. LOL! I think my daughter would love both of the dip recipes on that site.

That's great! When I was at the University of Miami, the microwave oven had just started becoming popular. A crock pot never crossed my mind. But it should have!
