Is it hard for you to get rid of clothes?

I have clothes hanging in my closet, that I have not worn for years, and some is not even in very good condition. I should get rid of a lot of them. It is so hard for me to get rid of clothes and also books. Do you feel the same?

For me not difficult with clothes at all but it is a little different with books as I always forget which ones I have read. DUH

Getting rid of clothes is actually laziness on my part. They sit in a drawer or hanging and I will get on a kick and toss (or donate those in good shape) that don't fit (the hell of getting older) or don't want. It's actually a good feeling as with any clean out.

It is craziness to keep them when they haven't been worn for years. someone else could use them or you could just actually throw some away.

Well that makes me feel better. Yep, I have so many old cloths that I haven't even seen or worn in years, what's worse is that I just had to donate all of mom's clothes, some I can recall her wearing back in the 1960s when I was in HS.

I have gotten rid of my less expensive clothes, but have closets full of designer clothes which I will never part with. If anything, I give some to my son's girlfriend and daughter in law. I love going shopping in my closets.

I sort my clothes quite often when I feel I wouldn't wear them again. But I have kept a box full of clothes that might come back into fashion hahaha Never say never

For me it's more difficult with books that with clothes.
