My Honey was Limping

Had to take my bigger dog Honey to the vet this morning as she has been limping on her front left leg and I had suspected she had hurt her leg coming up the back steps.
The vet a while back had given me some pain pills for another problem she had been having so I told the vet she was being given one of those pain pills a day.
The vet said she has a sprain and we are doing already what she would have
suggested.
Told the vet we still have plenty of the pain pills left so will not need any at this time.
I feel better now that the vet has seen her.
This was well worth the $27.50 that the vet charged me.

That is cheap to see the vet..would have cost a lot more here Marcy, but I know it is all worth it for poor Honey. Glad it is just the sprain and not something more serious. Hope she heals quickly.

@TiarasOceanView Hi and she is worth any price, there prices here are more reasonable then in a larger town although they are the only vet practice around here. I hope she heals up quickly also, thanks.

That's not too bad.... for a vet consultation. ... I think most of us that have pets worry like that too...... [em]happy[/em.. I hope her leg gets better soon...]

I'm sure poor Honey is in pain with that sprain but good that you had it checked by the vet. Hope she's better soon

@Marilynda1225 Thanks, I know she was limping and trying not to put to much weight on that foot so yes I do think she was in pain and good I had some of that pain med her for her.

I hope Honey is recovering from her poor leg. I am glad it was nothing really serious!

Thanks she is doing so much better now. She is as her name implies a Honey, I can take her anywhere and she is so good and loves to meet new people. She went to the nursing home the other day and everyone she met just loved her.
