over the last few days I have been down weak, stuffy, drowsy, and plenty of sinus pressure and pain. I don't like using medication, due to high blood pressure problems but I love using home remedies. I've tried plenty and found a little relief.any suggestions?:(

I have had some problems with sinus congestion, I think it is the changing weather this year. I don't take medication unless I absolutely have to.

I'm sorry, the only thing I know of that works for almost anything is colloidal silver. It is expensive but it works.

Saline nasal spray may help, it does me. I have found my allergies are flaring and I have started to use my Nasonex again.

I wish I could help but I rarely ever have sinus problems. I hope others here can help you and help relieve your pain.

I use a humidifier in my room to keep the air moist and also found that spraying saline nasal spray it help alleviate the congestion. The saline is better than OTC nasal sparys

avoid cool drink and sensative items..Steam can go far in moistening the sinuses and loosening the muck that is taking up residence there. If you need relief fill the sink or a bowl with piping hot water and drape a towel over your head as your breathe in the steam. Steam for 10 minutes, two to four times a day.
