Putting up Links in myLot?

Alright so basically, I just have read the FaQs of myLot and there is one question that I haven't read.
This is the question:
Is the site ok with putting up links to their blogs or vlogs in the discussion?
Well, for me, I better be safe than sorry, you know, sometimes other sites don't allow members to put up links especially if it is about drugs or porn, but how about helpful sites for a certain question like Quora?
Just hoping that it could be clarified by the members too.

Yes they do add links, but how? Are there requirements for putting up one?

@owlwings I see, so basically, you cannot promote your own handle or site? Am I right on that one?

I tried to put my cooking blog in a post in Mylot and it is no problem at all. Sometimes I also see some Mylotters put the Youtube link or news link for the posts and it is no problem, too. So I guess if the link is not referral link or illegal links, it shall be fine to put it here.

@Rianel_Lewrej Yes, it is my personal blog. I don't know whether it can give me more traffic, I don't care about it so much

@youless I see. Well, sometimes we don't really care if there is traffic or not right? As long as someone can appreciate it and read it. At least for me.

Is the link you inserted was from your personal blog? And did it drive traffic to it?
