Last night I left work, picked my kids up from the sitter, and went grocery shopping. When I got home from shopping I emptied my pockets and realized I didn't have my work keys. So now I'm totally freaking out. I can't find them anywhere. I'm hoping i just left them at work. That would honestly be the best case scenario. If I really lost them I'll most likely get fired, because then they'll have to go replace all the locks in the building, but if I left them at work I'll probably just get in a little bit of trouble. Although, this is the first time in a year I've misplaced my keys so I would say that's not too bad. I really hope I find them when I get to work on Monday morning! Have you ever lost work keys?

I probably have but do not remember details as that would have been traumatic. I tend to lose check books. I tend to find them under the car seat or between the seat and console. I hope yours are either in a place like that or at work.

That is a nightmare. I think you just have to sit down, go through all your actions since the last time you had the keys, and maybe you will remember how you lost the keys.

Yes I made sure to check the store and the babysitters before returning to work on Monday. Thankfully I had left them at work and nobody even noticed, so I didn't get in trouble and all was well! I sure did have a bad weekend though worrying about it and worrying that I might get fired if I lost them!

@crazyhorseladycx It was a rough weekend. I went out shopping for clothes but the whole time I kept thinking that I shouldn't buy new clothes because I didn't know if I"d still have a job on Monday!

Worse. I had them stolen out of my van. Saturday morning I had to get the locksmith out to replace all the locks at our home and work.

Oh no! I'm sure that was pricey! I almost always leave the keys in my pockets.. except on the weekends I'll leave them on my desk at home so nothing happens to them. It turns out I left them at work over last weekend!

Calm down my friend. Take a deep breath and relax. Now, try to remember all things you did today. You might misplaced it somewhere.
