Surprise? Or maybe not......

So over the course of my 4 or 5 months of being here I have had a handful of people confuse me off being a male, which is fine. I have taken no offense to any of it. I have always hated pointing out to them that I am a female. So I thought I would write a post to everyone and hopefully clear some confusion if there were anyone left out there still thinking I was a male. 
And to complete the process I thought I would change my name and add a picture for added proof. Hehe.
So just know once again that I am and was never offended. If anything, I should have been more clear from day one.
Everyone here is awesome and I love being here. I have met some great people and look forward to everyday I get on.

@infatuatedbby Ah, I have also been working the down grading my belongings as well. I work on an area at a time. I have been doing it over time so I don't stress about it. I guess they say you should do it one thing at a time. for example, clothes...do all the clothes in every room of your house. Or books....do all the books in every room of your house. Does that make sense?

If you have any doubt about any user's gender, you could straight away ask him/her, instead of keeping it a suspense.
For the record I am a male from New Delhi, India and I'm here since 2007.
It is nice on your part to upload your picture to clarify any doubt. You are looking beautiful in your picture.

Glad you've got a good sense of humor .... originally I wanted my handle to be rebel, but I added ann to it just to make that female distinction, still, some people over the years have been confused .... I think it might have to do with language barriers, a lot of people whose first language is not English may not make the distinction twixt male n female.
K, honestly I wasn't really sure, Tiff coulda been a typo too.

Yeah, It never really bothered me all too much when someone would confuse me. Like I said, I never really made it clear from the beginning. I just dropped hints here and there to try and make it clear hehe. hopefully changing my name will work this time....

There are a few people here that don't have gender-specific names or avatars and it can be hard to tell occasionally. That's a lovely photo.
