~Caffeine Headache~

Holy cow my head feels like someone took a hammer to it today! We were running late this morning for church so I didn't make any coffee like I usually do. Then I only had my vitamin water to drink most of the day so I have had no caffeine until we got home from church. My head is pounding! 
Even with this headache we took the kids to the park when we got home from church. Not sure what I was thinking because that did not help my head at all.

Yes, I have had them on days when I miss that cup of coffee or tea.

@Leapea2417 Oh my goodness it is so painful. I took 2 advil and it still isn't going away!

@LovingMyBabies I usually take Aleve. That tends to work well.

@LeaPea2417 and @LovingMyBabies I keep generic Excedrin, usually called Headache Medicine. It has caffeine in it. Then if I catch the headache soon enouGH I can stop it.

No, I have had a fatigue headache though. And sinus headaches. THose are horrid! Hope you are over yours soon.

@celticeagle Well no sleep and no caffeine was probably a bad combination. Lol. It is still hurting a bit but not as bad as it was earlier-thank God.

Whenever I "think" I can go without my morning coffee, my head starts booming and reminds me that I need a fix.
If I am in a rush to get out the door, I usually stop to get a cup on the way to my first client. My head will split if I don't get my caffeine fix.

Yes I have. If I dont have a bit of caffeine it does make a big difference. It is sad we are such addicts.

I don't know if i had a headache but I did remember being sleepy in the morning. It's probably because you got use to the coffee, that's why.

Too often. I've learned to grab a coffee or even a cola (which I detest) to stave off a caffeine headache.

Yes, I get a headache from lack of caffeine. I have a certain amount through out the day. If I do not then I have an awful screeching headache the next day. Usually the day I miss is Saturday, and so I wake up with an awful headache on Sunday. It sometimes has made me miss church in the past so I am more careful to drink the right amount at the right time on Saturday to keep from missing church on Sunday. Besides, I really hate that kind of headache.
