Im not using tags while start discussion

Is it any problem of not using tags while start a discussion?what is the benefit of using tags?Im not used yet

There's no law which says you should use tags but tags do help others find your discussions to an extent. Tags are what controls the 'You may also like' list which appears on the right if you have used tags and the tags that YOU have used determine what you see in the 'Most Interesting' list.

It is always good to use tags and tags helps to easier to find discussions while searching them.
