The middle age spread gives ones body too many fat cells anmd these fat cells will impede the progress of insulin in pushing sugar into muscle cells wherewe nee it for energy and dumps it into our blood. Over time the excess suar will hurt our organs so best to control what glucose is in our systems. If you have diabetes today it is n o longer a death threat.There are hundreds of new excellent medications to control blood sugar plus getting exercise and eating healthy will make y our life great and you can l ive happily wlith diabetes There are seminars at local hospitals for new diabetes where we all help; one other guided by a nurse diabetes educator.
