A magic pill to make us feel energized (legal one)!!

I am always feeling sleeping and fatigued, no matter how much sleep I get or many days I have off work. I tried taking multivitamins etc, but still my energy levels are always low. My blood work is fine and the only thing I can think of that is causing it is my hormone issue and depression.
I wish there was a legal pill or even a natural remedy that I could have to make me feel awake and energized!
Maybe there is one but I have not heard of it yet??!!

this might seem odd, but I actually have more energy after I've exercised..

I love my coffee for that reason ... if I am truly tired and drink it, then I can go to sleep. If I am not really tired but just feel like I have no energy, though, then I can drink it, and it will give me an energy burst. The thing with coffee, however, is that if you drink too much of it, then it can tear up your stomach.

@gudheart Oh, that really stinks. As much as I like coffee, I am not super-fond of the decaffeinated kind, although that might just be due to the brand that my parents drink. It just does not taste the same as the regular stuff.

Maybe ask your doctor's advice on what do take.

Since it is spring now, so it is common that we feel sleepy. However, I don't want to take any medicines to feel energetic because it will have side effects. I prefer to drink a cup of coffee so that I will be sleepless. It really works for me.

Yes, there is.
It is a very simple one.
A glass of iced cold lemon juice or lime juice will do the trick.
Do not add in any sugar, and if you are really tired, you can make it more concentrated with juice rather than water.
I tend to use the blender to get the lime juice.
I blend the skin and the seeds, but do not blend them till the seeds are nearly invisible, else I will get very bitter and sour juice.

I can help you with this one. Back when I was driving 40 plus miles one way to class 4 times a week, I found myself struggling to stay awake. I had some peppermint oil I used for other things, but read that peppermint (and lemon) can help you stay alert. So I would drop a couple drops in my hand, rub it in and then cup my hands over my face (careful of the eyes, peppermint burns) and inhale. Sure enough it kept me alert all the way to campus.
