What is the Mind?

So what's on my mind? What is my mind?
It is made of of thoughts. Where do those thoughts come from? The must come from memory. Memory is always in the past.
Can I know anything other than my mind? Well, whatever it is that I know must be known from my mind.
When fast asleep in a dreamless sleep, my mind has gone quiet and I know nothing at all, and remember nothing at all about it, yet I am still existing.
The mind is just a record that lives in the past and cannot be totally in the past which makes knowledge an illusion. Cannot be in present yet believes it can, which makes present knowledge illusory, And future? that does not exist! The mind reflects everything. So Lunar. Such a mystery!

My mind is racing all the time it seems derek..nice to see you my friend after all this time.
I hope your mind is at least peaceful.
It is amazing really the mind and the human condition.

HI @OceanTiara Yes, mind is never still, except (I think) in dreamless sleep. Nice to see you again too my friend. So pleased to find MyLot up and running again. Missed it until now! More for my mind to do! ??
