Hot and dry and then the past two days, was windy and dusty. Now, it is cold.
The dry season is officially declared in the Philippines, some say it is summer season.
Though it is not that humid here, but the heat of the sun is scorching outside.
Hot and and now cold.
With the change of temperature I feel something, not something I like, and I think no one likes it, getting sick.
Headache and colds, plus sore throat.
My immune system is not that good compared to others, I don't take any supplements. Just water and fruits.
Oh well, I have to get well, kids are coming over, don't want to be sick if they are around.
Do you take supplements or vitamins to keep that immune system good?

I drink fresh orange juice every morning and if I feel like getting sick I also take vitamin C supplements. Many people get sick with flu during season changes, I think our immune system is confused and we are more sensitive. I hope you feel better soon.

@Lucky15 It does and I have seen a great improvement in my sickness frequency and intensity since I started drinking every day! The supplements are only for special occasions when I feel like I am getting the flu, I've noticed that they help me feel better sooner.

Vitamin C is what I take regularly. Depending on how I'm feeling or what my activities are for the day, I'd pop a supplement or two - mainly multivitamins and an iron capsule.

No. I just sleep at least 8 hours a day and don't go out because changes in weather can also make us sick sometimes.
