kapal bhati is the best exercise to reduce belly fat. if any body tried this exercise please share your experience.

It doesn't reduce belly fat. It exercises and tones the abdominal muscles, which will help towards achieving a flat stomach.

I think yoga can be splitted in to two, one is yoga asan and another is pranayam. but to achieve good results you have to use both of it.
