best headache medicine?

what is the best headache medicine in your experience? ive tried almost everything..and the only thing that works for me is excedrin and excedrin migraine (i usually take 1 excedrin migraine for a regular headache and 2 for a migraine).

I try a cup of hot tea or coffee and ry and relax. If that doesn't help I take 500 mg paracetamol (Crocin, Calpol). That usually works for most pains and aches, but I never takr it on an empty stomach, i eat at least two to four biscuits or two or more slices of bread before taking it.

I just take a crocin during headache.

Extra strength Tylenol seems to work best for me for getting rid of my headaches. Advil seems to work pretty good as well. I have not tried any other types of medication for headaches. Everyone seems to have different reactions to different medications.
