decorating your room

i live in a really small dorm room, but i want to make it more cozy and comfy. what are your suggestions for decorating it (on a cheap budget)?

Every persons sense of beauty differs, sometimes no budget is required for decorating the room, just the placement of things you have in a different alignment changes the look of the room try that.
