Where would I be without my morning coffee? In bed probably thinking, do I really need to go to work today? I never really was a coffee drinker until I had kids and my lifestlye and routine changed completely. Now coffee is my morning jumpstart and I began drinking coffee earlier so when I arrive to work im not half asleep or moody. I honestly dont know how I would be without Coffee in my life lol

Hahaha ... Ohh I thought of a kid who loves coffee more that the adults in my area. According to him, chocolate drinks makes him sleepy.

Me neither. I am quite addicted to coffee also. It gets me going in the morning. This is probably a sign of addiction. Lol

Same here! Well, there are days I have to give it up but my morning "feels" incomplete without it! I don't think I am addicted to it, though. How many cups do you have during the day by the way?

I was not a coffee drinker when I was young and still working in the bank. I only started drinking coffee when I was 45 years old. If I cannot drink coffee, the next day I suffer headache and stomach ache. Now, coffee is part of my morning routine. Well, I only drink coffee once a day, only in the morning.

I love coffee so much but yesterday it was my enemy. I had a cup on the afternoon. And usually it doesn't affect my sleep on the evening so I didn't think about it much. I was working late yesterday like until 12 AM and I had to do a morning shift today and have to wake up 4 AM. I had 4 hours to sleep but my caffeine boost kept me so awake for 2 hours and a half so I only slept 1 hour and 30 minutes

A new study reveals that even decaf seems to lessen the risk of colorectal cancer, and the more you drink, the better.
