I only earned 10 cents here but mylot helped me in another way

I was really upset yesterday when I wrote my post about my man moving out.
I was on mylot a lot yesterday but I only earned 10 cents on 24 hours. I wish it was more but mylot helped me in a different way.
I was able to write about my problems and worries here where no one know me in real life. I can write without much worry about gossip going around.
I feel a lot better after all the mylotting yesterday. Even just reading what is going on in other peoples lives helps take my mind off things a little.
I woke up at 5 am this morning and couldn't sleep after that. My kids have been at school an hour now. I'm going to treat myself to a nap.

Yes anything that is healthy and makes me feel a little better I am happy about. Mylot is both of those things. The day I wrote this my son and I burned a ton of garbage. There was a month long burn ban that has finally been lifted. I took a photo to show a little but there was about 4 times this amount due to all the boxes etc. My son loves when we make a fire and burn the garbage so seeing him happy cheered me up a little as well.

@jaboUK @annierose I try to talk about them a little without being to dramatic or obsessive. I don't want to ruin mylot with my depression issues. Its just nice to have a place to come write where no one knows me so they won't judge me.

I agree with that. I think this is a safe place to voice out our problems, opinions or ideas. No one will insult because mylotters have open mind. I also love the fact that we are composed of different cultures and yet there is an understanding.

I'm glad that you feel the same way about mylot. I am guessing most people who stick around here feel the same way. I had friends who joined and the earnings weren't enough so they left. I bottle a lot in person so this is really good for me to come here to write without people in town judging me and gossiping.

Like-minded people come fogether to this site. Maybe at first it was about the earnings, or it the earnings may still be a big part of staying here, but it's the support that we may not get from the real world which compels us to stsy.

I don't know why I am not seeing some people's discussions lately. I will have to read it because I missed it. Glad it helped to get it off your chest, being here helps me in that way too. =)

I haven't had time to look through the recent discussions. I have so many comments on my posts to comment back to. Then I have to go to their profiles and see one of their newest posts. This is very time consuming but it is keeping my mind off things for a bit. My children will be home in a few minutes then I won't likely have much time to be on here.

How long have you been here at mylot? Your score is 1559 so you must have been here awhile. That's a lot of posts or comments! My score is much lower then it used to be. When they quit paying I deleted all of my discussions so my number went down. I wish I could have deleted all my comments to and just started 100% fresh but it would have been to time consuming.

I am sorry that happened to you (both earning not much and your man moving out), but I agree that sometimes I am not feeling good, mylotting seems to be a place for me to escape from everything else for a short while, so I can calm down myself and be relaxed too.
Sorry that I haven't check out your another post yet, it might be hard for you. Hope you are feeling a little bit better now. Hope you have a good nap and good sleep tonight too!

I am feeling a little better. I am just coming to terms with this is how it is going to be. We haven't talked about it as I really just haven't brought it up or talked to him much. If I don't talk I won't cry. Eventually we will see what happens and go from there. Once this is all done and over I will just be relieved its done and cope with it.

Sorry to hear what happened. It is good we have this community because through MYLOT we can release those emotions that keep on draining us. It is also comfortable to do it here since we are still anonymous with each other. We could not be easily judged by people. I do hope that you are feeling better now.

I have had a few friends join mylot years ago but they didn't stick around. As far as I know no one else I know is on this site. I kind of like it that way. I would have to filter the things I say more because I would have to worry about gossip going around town. My son came home the day I wrote this with a generic game of twister that he won. He was so happy about it and I was happy for him. My two kids and I have been having fun playing it.

I sometimes wish that I had used different names on different sites because mine are so similar if one person finds me on one site they usually are able to find me on another. I would like to keep mylot more secret as I share more things here that I wouldn't want everyone I know to read. It is possible though so I try to limit what I write here a bit.

@louievill @pagetolv03 at facebook I only have friends that I personally know in real life. At mylot I only have friends that I do not know in real life. I like it that way. Here I feel I am mostly anonymous so I feel I can write a bit freely about the things that are going on in my life that I might not want to write about on facebook where people will gossip about it around town.

It really did help a bit to be able to come here and write about it. I didn't write everything just in case someone in town does happen to come across my writing but I did write enough that I felt better getting it off my chest. Plus I earned 10 cents for doing so. That's better then going to a therapist where we have to pay them to listen to us haha.

I think that once he moves out it will put balance back into my life. Things are just kind of up in the air right now as to what is going to happen. I am very sad but trying to just accept it and realize that things are just not going to work. Mylot is a great place to come and vent.

Thank you. Looks like you are fairly new here. I hope you are enjoying mylot. I have terrible anxiety today for no reason. Maybe just a bad time of the month. I had to report to taking an anxiety pill. They are very low dose. I only take them once or twice a year as I really don't like taking anything like that. I am hoping to get relief soon as I am having a really tough time today.

Hahaha I am guessing you are another Harry Potter fan as well? Although I changed my profile picture to a cat my name on here is pretty much the same as on all the other sites so I am a little too easy to find if anyone in town wants to dig for gossip. Still it is nice to be able to get here and vent. Pretty soon this whole situation will be over and then I won't have to be so hush hush anymore anyway.

Quite often I find this site really helpful and any earnings picked up along the way are really secondary.
I wouldn't worry about the earnings as there are always up and down days

Yes that is true. I really never complain about my earnings here. If I want to get rich I better find another way to do it. The 10 cents was a cool reward for doing something so simple. I am at $1 right now so I actually will earn payment this month again yay!!

Boy all these comments are taking me forever to comment back to haha. I enjoy seeing so many comments though and knowing people took the time to read and comment on my posts. For dinner I made a recipe I had been wanting to make for along time. Unfortunately I hated it :( I accidentally boiled the potatoes too long so they didn't fry well they got mushy. And now I know I hate warm red peppers. I added a photo before I started frying it all up. It looked yummy then.

Well we were together for a year before and apart for a year or so then back together for 15 months or so. We are having the same issues as before so I really don't think it is going to work out. I will miss him and love him but I think this time it will be done. Even if he realized what he is missing out on I don't think he will crawl back to my door this time. Its just to much for us both to deal with.
