Can you return it? I certainly hope so. This happens with items in real life as weLL I can't tell you how many products from Walmart I have had to return over the years because I have brought home broken or non-working items. Grr. It is especially crummy when you buy things online because you have to go through the hassle of shipping it back and then waiting for the next product. I hope you get it all sorted out, that's very frustrating.

Yeah,I have applied returning good online.But up to now,the express have not take it away,The computer show after sales service is processing now.It is actually bored,I can do nothing but waiting.

I still prefer checking out the product physically before purchasing from a store or a mall.

I can check it when buying in a store,buying online I can just check the estimate.
