I remember when Polaroid cameras were all the rage. It was fun seeing the pictures develop. A lot of people just use their phones now to take photos. Do you secretly miss Polaroid cameras?

We had a polaroid way back then. There are modern types of polaroids now though most are not into it. A lot of people take photos and just upload it online.

@lovebeingmummy2 They look like toys. Younger ones still use it.

Not in the slightest. These cameras served a great purpose in their time, but taking photographs is far easier these days.

They were funny when they were popular, but the quality was pretty poor. Polaroid cameras still exist, Amazon sells them for about $180.

I never liked polaroids. They tended to fade, the film would run out at critical times and were a big pain in the butt. I did have a Nikon, and oh, I loved that camera -- I loaded it with a speed loader, huge rolls of film, and quite a few lenses. I;'d still use it if I could, but now everything is digital.

i ne'er was fond'f those polaroids i fear. still miss 35mm 'n developin' my own pics. 'course, i've not a phone that'll snap a pic, so've gotta tote my big canon 'round. 'tis nice to do such 'n see 'em instant though, 'n take lots'f pics with no worries 's to the fee to get 'em processed with unknown results.
