Do You take a shower everyday ?

Honestly,i take a shower every after two days, i just refresh myself everyday through half bath or sponge bath myself with lukewarm water with soap..Although ,i did'nt take shower everyday i never smells bad,but there are selected person having bad body odor even if they do shower everyday.On the other hand,they require themselves to take a shower everyday as part of their daily activities that must never missed.Some people do shower 2 or 3 times a day those with high maintenance .

@KristenH ,YEAH good for you also ..but i heard that its not advisable to go shower after work out.

@sarameastrong Hmm. Well how else am I supposed to wash chlorine from my hair when I go swimming and do water aerobics. How else would you cool down from a workout? I didn't hear anything about that. It's a warm shower too.

About twice a week I guess
I have really bad skin and try to avoid drying it out too much.

I guess it depends on where you stay. Here, in a tropical country, as it's hot every day, we just have to take a shower at least once a day. Sometimes we take several times shower a day, as it's really too hot here. It seems like taking shower twice a day here is common.

I shower every day and at times twice a day. It's not high maintenance it's about personal hygiene. There are times I do skip not having a shower but thats not often.

My skin is fair so I cannot take a shower every day. I get bad rashes and it is just not fun. When I had knee surgery I could not take a shower for a week and for some reason I did not smell bad. I can go without a shower for 4 days (I don't like to) without smelling bad. I normally take a shower every other day or every two days, or if I just smell bad haha
