Bonfire Tonight

Monday is my son's birthday. He took today and Monday off to celebrate. With the beautiful day we've had, 70's to mid 70's. He decided to grill out for supper. So while I was at church he fired up the grill and cooked hamburgers.
As the sun goes down all the recycling we've been piling up for several months will find it's way to the fire pit in the backyard. I don't know if anyone will stop over for it. He had said yesterday he wanted to celebrate alone, but he did have his girlfriend, sister and mother over for burgers and he might have his sister over for the bonfire later.
It's the perfect night for it. The sun is setting but no clouds to give it a beautiful sunset.
We did go out grocery shopping earlier with a stop at the liquor store so he's prepared to celebrate tonight. This is my youngest who will be 38 on Monday.
How's the weather by you? Was it just as beautiful as here?

It's very hot in here because El Niño strikes and it's summer season. Having a good celebration, that's nice.

@Drosophila Yes, he does look like his father. He did have a good birthday. He went out with his girlfriend, who also had her birthday the same day. They went to a movie and dinner.
