When it comes to eggs, many seem to have a particular way they like eggs prepared. Some refuse to eat eggs that are scrambled wet and want their eggs dry, or well cooked. Others really like eggs to be wet when scrambled or what seems to be a little under cooked to some. This is my photo of eggs and has been used on other sites as well as here. Do you care if your eggs are wet or dry?

Oh my yes! They have to be dry and it drives my husband crazy when we go out to breakfast. "Scrambled eggs... dry, bacon really crisp and pancakes no butter, but syrup... no sugar. " I can't see the problem??

Like everything else in life, I like my eggs to be in the middle road.

If you found your eggs in the middle of the road, Marie, would you still eat them? I perfectly understood what you said and meant, just thought I'd rub it in a bit.

The secret to good fluffy scrambled eggs is water. When you say wet my mind automatically goes to those scrambled eggs that look watery. Of course I know that's not what you mean. I like mine in between.

I am a die hard fan of scrambled eggs. I add cream to my eggs when I beat and I keep it a little wet side. Too dry ruins the taste for me. I make exactly how you have made here. I simply adore scramble eggs. I use to hate eating eggs but somehow I have made my love for scrambled eggs rise up. I am already drooling.

Those look just about right to me. I don't care for really dry eggs at all. We use buttermilk or sour cream in them.

Just put them in a tortilla with potatoes and jalapenos and roll, that'll make it good regardless.

I don't really mind but I guess too dry isn't my favourite. Poached or fried eggs I like the yolk to be soft.

I don't mind if it's wet or dry. As long as it's a scrambled egg. That photo of scrambled egg is making me hungry.

I don't like wet scrambled eggs but I don't make them too dry either. It is a fine line between perfect and too dry!!

My scrambled eggs are usually scorched. I can't eat them damp at all.

The eggs in your picture don't look overly wet, so I'd eat them. My husband thinks I don't cook eggs long enough. He won't eat fried eggs unless the whites are thoroughly cooked, while I generally baste my 'fried' eggs sunny side up. Basting them gives a pink glow to the surface. I can eat scrambled eggs slightly undercooked too, but it depends on how much.

I want my scrambled eggs just enough - neither wet nor dry. I also like it as sunny-side up.
