Less sleep to feel more rested?

Some days ago i tried to fall asleep at around 00:30,i was spinning around in my bed for almost a hour with no result. at 1:30 i turned on my PC and tried to log in Elder scrolls online to play untill i could feel more sleepy. i thought it would be 5-10 minutes but when i exited the game the clock was 6AM. Gone to bed at 6 am, woke up at 10AM. Never felt more rested in my life.

Do that for a week and you'll be a nervous wreck.

It may go against science, but that does happen! I have had the most wonderful sleeps of my life in the oddest hours of the day!

Whoa 4 hours seems to little. But I guess we are all different. Optimal for me is 6ish hours. If I sleep more I also generally feel more sleepy throughout the day. Glad you are feeling energized anyway!
