For the past 2 weeks, the extreme summer heat brought temperatures up to 36 degrees C. It's been very hot and uncomfortable and almost unbearable. Having my time here in Mylot and a few other sites, I was shocked to glance at my digital clock, which also determines the temperature, that for the first time, the temperature is now at 37. Very, very hot indeed! I wonder when this high temperature days will end.

Yes, it was so hot during our school's alumni homecoming at their auditorium . Those batches whose tables were under those gigantic electric ceiling fans were lucky . But us at the place where there is none , gosh i was sweating all the time , but i endured it because i was enjoying the program and the activities .

It would have been fun if everyone was encouraged to come in beach attire so that it won't matter if you perspire from the heat hehehe!

37 degrees is a high temperature. Fortunately there are still many beautiful beaches in your country and it doesn't sound bad all the time. It is still enjoyable to go to the beach in such a wonderful day.

Yes, that's true. There are many beautiful beaches south of our city and on the neighboring island. In fact, there are many of your countrymen who come as tourists here :)

Definitely hot, Mr. Dominique :) To stay a little cool, I just use the electric fan. I hate to use the AC unit during the day because when you get out of the room with the AC unit you'd feel like you jumped right into hell. I'd rather stay in purgatory (using the electric fan) hehehe!

We have around 42 here. People don't go out much and also water is draining so it's kind of stuck from all side.

@sunrisefan yes it is. with AC full on in offices and most of the homes running fans on high speed all the time.

The local personnel here even announced last March that it was already the end of the dry spell and that the rains would start to come in April but it's nowhere in sight - it's May now.

37 is really hot!! Here, in Malaysia, we used to reach 37 for some time, and it was so hot. Glad that we have rains lately, so the weather has been cooled down a bit. Hope you'll get some rains there as well.

Yes, I heard so in your place. I can't imagine if we reach that high too though some northern parts of our country have experience 42. It's like being punished in hell :)
