It is a common notion that men are good at stuffs like driving. Whereas women on the other hand are known to be good at managing things well(Though their are many exceptions too). There have been many researches to find out why is it so. what do u think friends?

I think probably driving requires a certain level physical strain that men are better at, however in lot of countries there are successful women drivers too.
I do agree that women are rising fast to being manager all over the corporate world.
But it would be unfair to generalize women as better managers, it is more about individual talent than gender based comparison.

@PalSheena I dont mean to say that, but there are certain jobs where men would be more comfortable due to the nature of that job requiring heavy physical strain.

after awhile, everyone has an equal possibility to suck at driving.i had relatives that still drove at 95 that REALLY should have had their licence pulled a long time ago..

Not sure about that research. But, Its also said that men cause a lot more damage than women do during auto accidents.
As far as women being better managers. in my experience most women managers tend to try too hard to prove that they can do their job just as good as any man. They act too uptight and annoying because of this.

@JolietJake A car is not a person. A manager manages people. Maybe this is the answer?
