Yes, it's true, one male has impregnated 90 females and he is bragging about it - seriously - I'm not horsing around with you - but.... This is truly a horse story! The winner of the Triple Crown, American Pharoah, is living the good life. After his amazing wins at the Kentucky Derby, The Preakness and The Belmont Stakes American Pharoah is spending his days in Kentucky literally leaving his mark.... Will one of more of his offspring someday take his place in the winner's circle? Only time will tell. For right now Pharoah is just doing what comes natural and enjoying every minute of it. You check the link and read more about this amazing horse.
Once the ruler of the racetrack, he's now king in the high-stakes breeding game.

Now I wish that I had been a racehorse, which would certainly have made retirement much more fun.

I've read they sometimes do the frozen sperm thing. I hope, for his sake, he gets to provide his services live most of the time.

@AbbyGreenhill Oh, I agree. I hope most of his "servicing" is au natural. We need more happiness in this world.

Wow oh wow! That's a lot going around. I wonder how they did it. Artificially or the good old fashioned way.

@AbbyGreenhill I thought it would probably be artificial insemination which is nowhere near as much fun for him, but reading the article maybe not.

I took a tour of the King Ranch in Texas and the guide pointed out a stallion and all his "lovely lady" friends.

Makes one wonder. They sure jump on board to get some of the winner's DNA after such a win don't they?

There was a programme on tv last night about The Yorkshire Vet. He had to attend to a tup (a male sheep) who couldn't stand because he had damaged nerves in his rear end due to 'servicing' so many of the ewes. It's not all fun you know!
