Blogjob won't pay?

I can't tell you how many websites I've been through that have gone down, closed, or stopped paying... Looks like Blogjob has"temporarily" suspended all rewards. What does this really mean? How long is "temporarily"? Do you or have you ever posted on Blogjob before?

I have been with blog jobs for a few weeks excited and now it's temporarily shut down.

I've been on it for a couple months but I haven't been that active with it until recently. Figures whenever I get super active with a site problems start to happen. If the rewards gets shut down forever I hope they'll at least pay out.

I think the site was having problems prior. That's why they were accepting newbies in hope of new traffic (I'm a newbie) but hopefully they'll be able to fix the server and start paying like how myLot was Mia for a little!

@infatuatedbby I don't think that's the case. BlogJob was closed for new membership because the servers couldn't cope with a huge membership. They recently moved to "better" servers, and that's when membership was opened up again. Unfortunately the site has been plagued by technical problems since then and that is reported to be the reason for the recent drop in traffic.

I've been at BlogJob since September and managed to cash out my first $100 in April, so I was rather enjoying the site. I've very concerned about this development though because anything more than a few days is likely to hit the site really badly. Some members have already started deleting their posts and if they don't see a light at the end of the tunnel, I'm sure that more will do the same.

@Bellatricks I'm sorry it's worked out so badly for you. If the worst happens you can probably use your posts somewhere else. I certainly plan to reuse most of mine if I'm forced to give up on BlogJob.

Yeah I haven't been having the best experience with it and I just wanted to cash out at least once but that doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon.

Sounds like exactly what I was afraid of happening over there is exactly what happened. I will be surprised if temporarily doesn't become permanent.

I think it will be permanent given past history I've had with other writing sites over the years.

Probably for the best! I was just trying to post enough to cash out once but I'm only halfway there to their lowest payout.

I have not been on Blogjob. I wrote for some websites that I got paid for. We got a notice that there would be a one month suspension of articles. You guessed it. I think it was a year or so ago, not sure, and we have all gone on to other things. I would write there in a Nano second if I had the chance.

Ugh, writing online these days just isn't as fun as it used to be especially since sites are going under and people aren't getting paid!

Oh my, a number of my friends just joined, after hearing they opened back up to new members. Seems money is tight everywhere!

@Bellatricks - Yeah, that is an issue. I actually turn mine off for sites that pay me, but there's no control over people who come in off the web.

wow, I don't really like this, I was just acknowledging. That really sucks, and you are right, so many sites just fold after awhile. I know a lot of people on that site too. I am currently having trouble with one of my writing sites, that has been paying later and later. They owe me a bit more money...if it does not come in on time when the next payment comes ready, I am not writing there anymore. Do they think we are doing it for fun???

The last couple of years have just been so awful. There was a time when I was actually making decent money writing online but those days seem to be gone now. I wish things were back to how they were but I don't see that being the case any time soon. I guess it's finally time for me to get a "real job" because online work is so unreliable now.

I posted a few there. I hope that "temporary" means less than a year.

Haven't been to that site though I've read a lot about their temporary suspension of the rewards here on myLot.
