What are yall doing tonight for Cinco De Mayo? My night insists of a nice bath and watching TV till I fall asleep. I know you are jealous. Back in the day, I used to celebrate. But having children, has definitely changed me. What are you doing tonight?

The new political correctness in America states non-Hispanic people cannot celebrate or participate Cinco de Mayo as that is infringing upon another culture. No wearing sombreros. At least that is what I heard on TV this morning.

@angtobeheard It's just what I heard on TV. Probably true because everyone is so touchy these days.

We don't celebrate it here in our country though we we're much influence by the Spanish culture.

I have never celebrated it and honestly today I totally forgot about it until I read this post.

All I did today that was remotely celebration related, since my husband who's Half-Hispanic doesn't really celebrate it either was have some tacos. I love tacos and I figured it'd kind of be like celebrating Cinco De Mayo

Don't celebrate it. Never have.
