Working on dinner

If you heard me say that I was making pizza and thought that it was going to be easy, you thought wrong. This pizza has many steps. I made the dough earlier and it is resting after rising. I just sauteed chopped garlic in extra virgin olive oil for cooked garlic and flavored oil. Now I am cooking sliced red onion in balsamic vinegar and worcestershire sauce to make some seriously flavorful onions. Once they are soft and finished cooking, I can slice up the proscuitto and actually assemble the pizza. It is a good thing that I started working on my dinner well in advance of when I was actually hungry. In fact, I'm still not all that hungry so I can afford to take my time. =)

I love to make pizza because in my opinion is very simple. I do a very simple pizza so it takes only 20 minutes to do it. It's very easy, and it's really tasty. But buen apettite and hope you enjoy your meal.

I do simple ones and I do more complex ones. I'm on my own tonight and have nothing else to do so I can afford to spend the time on something a bit complicated.

@NJChicaa When I have time, I do that aswell. You always can do a random pizza, just put together some stuff and see what comes out. Who knows, maybe you get the next "Best Pizza 2016" D:

A good homemade pizza takes time and is worth the the effort in the end. I only make homemade pizza when I have a crowd over for dinner. It has proven to be a favorite.
