Last night after I sign out here, the rain falls slowly until it rains so hard, it lasted for 6 straight hours. It started to fall at 10:30 P.M. and it ends until 4:30 A.M. After the rain, we have already a very cold atmosphere. Today, we also have hard rain and I can say, our plants and fruit trees will no longer die because of long drought. Thanks God for this wonderful gift you've given to us, the rain we've been waiting. How about in your place, do you experience rain?

@hereandthere No . Actually , it's not the bus i would like to ride , but because its terminal is not far from Magallanes village , where we stayed , i opted to just get a ticket from there , because it would be easier for the driver and my daughter to send me off which they easily did last Wednesday .

@ridingbet Dogs are afraid of the sounds of thunder. You can't force them to stay if the thunder strikes, dogs will find place to hide.

No, we don't have floods here, we have a good drainage and our waste is well segregated. We can't put our waste anywhere, we have our own compost pit.

Yes, it has been raining cats and dogs. I like rainy season but I hate it when there is heavy downpour because our dirty kitchen turns into a swimming pool. Our neighbor made a mistake when they extended their house so now we are the ones suffering during rainy season.

You have also the right to protest it, report it to the City Planning Office of the City so that they can inspect the area and then they can ask the owners of that houses who made extension that they made lapses on their area and made possible renovation on their house.

Yeah, we are thankful of the rain but I heard more heavy rains and strong typhoons are coming as the La Niña phenomenon will arrive soon. It's the extreme opposite of El Niño. I just hope iand pray it won't cause floods, landslides and other natural calamities.

It is really a blessing after that El Nino spell that made the lands go arid and dried up the plants. I am glad the farmers can now plant and tend to their farms. It is also raining here. Thanks God.

So you have no drought in your place now? For us here, our coconuts trees are not giving fruits because of the drought.
