When I was a banker, it was predicted that in the future, no one uses cash money anymore for any monetary transaction, instead everyone uses credit cards, debit cards or personal bank checks. Cash money will stay in the bank or deposited in the bank. I think it almost happening now. What do you think? Which do you prefer and comfortable to use now?

I think using money or cash is still preferred that cards. How can we pay our fare when we need to swipe the cards in a bus?

Not actually swiping cards in the bus, maybe we are going to buy, using our debit cards, prepaid cards for our fare.

@Macarrosel That is right. Swiping cards in the bus for our fare is just impossiblt to do for now, if we will not shell out money for our fare.

In fact today we already can pay by many methods. And it get much more popular. The sellers also prefer to accept it because they are not afraid of losing the cash or getting the fake money. I like that because it is convenient and clean. Carrying a lot of cash makes me feel nervous.

Yeah, you have a point and I agree. It's not safe to carry big amount of cash nowadays. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here.

I'm not comfortable with remember hackers can steal your money anytime. I'd rather have some personal savings until it was such time to replace the money bill.

Yeah, but I believe the concern will do their best to have solid securities over their cards and money. I hope so.

I still prefer to use cash so I can control/budget my money. Though I always have my cash card for emergency buys.

Me too. I prefer using my debit cards for us to control what to buy depending on how much we can afford.

You're right. Although there are some provinces who still use cash more than the cards we have available now. I prefer to use my credit card though.

I still like to use cash some of the time. You have it in your hand, it seems real and it doesn't require any technology to access it!

There will always be money floating around. You still need money when the network access shuts down. It has happened, and it will happen in the future. Even here in Singapore, banking facilities face system shutdown problem, and you cannot use card to pay for the things you want to buy.

I think it came true like ebooks rather than printed books but don't see why Banks would want to keep metal and paper loan marks when they have computers?
