Here we will pronunce it "you"ber here. But when I watched Big Bang Theory, it is pronunced as "woo"ber. Which is correct?

I did not know it is pronounced like "woo" ber. I pronounce it like you do, "you"ber.

JJ is right, Uber must be pronounced "oo-ber", it's not an American word, it comes from the German über, that means over, or above.
