half as I always have. I must controll my blood sugar nobody can do it for

Bread' like white rolls is simpole car bs and digest quickly into your blood stream. wholewheat bread is co mplex carb s that takes longer to digest and does not railse blood sugar.
At dinner we had ham and yams and cornbread stuffing,milk . lemonade and
coffee and cake for dessert. I have vowed that I will cut back on carbs and'start [ my walking plam tomorrow morn.
Just talked to my son on the phone .He will come see me tomorrow afternoon
so thats something to look forward to for sure.

Cakes and other sweets can make blood sugar shoot up. So you'll have to cut back on it next time, as you said. Happy to know that your son will visit you.
