I don't know if @lucky15 and @antonbunot love this leafy vegetable commonly grown in mountainous part of Ilocos. But surely I am. We call this sayote, a kind of vine vegetable known for its fruits and young leaves. The young leaves can be cook into many ways but the simplest way and most popular is by just boiling it, add some sliced tomato and add some bagguong or if you want, you can use oyster sauce. Love it for my lunch and of course, one bunch of this cost very cheap.
