People in my workplace are hypocrite.

Its really annoying when you encounter this kind of people. They cannot confront the people they dont like and they just say many things to that person when it is not around. I cannot understand what is there problem. Why just dont mind there own lives and stop talking non sense to other people. There is no harmonous feelings I have inside our office. Im sorry guys but I cannot take it anymore seeing them everyday just insulting each and everyone that is not around. I know theg also said something to me that I dont know but I also felt it.

There are some fake people in the work environment. They say one thing about someone of them , then when they are with that person, they say something else. It gets around, in the end they are hurting themselves.

I can say that insecuries of people will usually lead to do things like this. The're just insecure to anybody else that's why they keep on saying bad words towards their co-workers.

Just leave them or ignore those kind of people who backbites you or to somebody and good when you are facing each other, so better keep a distance, try to concentrate your work.

This kind of people really disgust me, I found them everywhere in my workplace and the entire society.Stay away from them and do not be one of them, they are nothing more than cowards, they gossip or even insult someone else only behind their back. Be tough be strong and be hard working your boss can tell who his best employees is

Thank you for the advice I started to do that yesterday up to now I go away from them and did not talked to them. I know they already noticed me for not mingling to them. But I dont care they should think that there attitude is no longer accepted.
