Do you have trouble sleeping?

There are many people who don't get sleep easily in advanced world and they have to resort to further more stress to get sleep.I have heard people watching more television programs or some people even take tablets to get sleep.But i feel easiest way is to read some book while sleeping where you get sleep very fast for sure.I am blessed with sleep as i always get sleep when it is time.People who maintain healthy lifestyle will not have any sleeping problems for sure

I don't have troubles sleeping. I sleep as early as 6 pm and wake up at 4 am. I don't take naps. I work the whole day so by the time I'm home, I'm already tired and ready to sleep. Also, I make it a point that my last coffee is at 10 am. I primarily use my phone as an alarm clock. I don't use my laptop or phone once I get home. I stay away from them. I read a book once I'm done eating my dinner. All these make me sleep early at night.

i dont mind sleeping early or late at night, i dont have anything to do the next day anyway..

Most of the time I don't have a sleeping problem. Since I go to bed late and I get up early next time. My sleeping time is not enough. Therefore I can fall asleep immediately.

I can sleep easily if I am tired and If I take honey before bedtime.

I always have trouble sleeping at night, I think because I sleep during the day and I'm more active at night. Even when I was a kid I had to force myself to sleep early at night even closing my eyes but still it wouldn't work for me. I ended up sleeping really late. Reading a book is surely make you sleep better I've tried it.
