After six am must dress Back now after breakfast sun up early and I have a feeling to day is again going to be a scorcher, . 'Breakfast was fine with cream of wheat, french toast, ,scrambledb eggs,banana, coffee, milk and 'cranberry juice. Im going shopping this morning with Nelda at nine am .It will be great to get out of the building for while. I hopw you all are happy and healthy and glad its hump day 'Wednesday for sure.Very sunny., giving me the impression tha t its really going to surpass heat records today. l have about twenty minutes to write before I need to go down stairs and sign out for my shopping trip.l am still sleepy and the sumlight is making me doze off wso I had better get to moving. downstairs and sigh out and wait for my friend Nelda.
