My bitter experience with twitter

I am having nearly 600 followers in twitter.When i share some thing, there will be lots of likes. But remember, no one will almost read any thing there!
As an example, if you type ' there is a large tsunami coming to .. beach', then,the very person on that beach with mobile phone will give"like" for it and stay there only, without even understanding the danger.
I have many e books and when i tweet its link, people will give 'like' and no one will click the link.

Heck, people rarely read anything has been my experience. Someone can make a post about something very bad happening to them, and you'll get responses like "Great!" for it. The fact that they can't manage to cope with Twitter's minuscule number of characters is a bit disturbing.

So there's no fulfillment at all in what you shared . Unlike here where it gets many responses .
