Ever wondered how helpless you can be when you are stressed because of something, and moreover, when you dont foresee the improvement in near future. It clearly puts your moral down, and you tend to lose the confidence and try to engulf yourself in the shell. And misery is, when you are dependent on someone, and out of nowhere that person turns back at you, and you are middle of nowhere. Oasis of fictional survival fades!!!! In life you must have done miracles, but suddenly the magical touch has gone. Now the sand is dripping slowly, making every moment dissapointing. How do you deal with such situations? Whats the best remedy?

I have experienced that . And if i am in the office , i run to the comfort room and cry . Then i pray for enlightenment . And after a while i could feel like i feel light already . When at home , i go to our bedroom and lock it and cry and cry , and pray . I feel lighter after that .

@Umesh_K I think most men are like that - they don't want to cry . Maybe because you are angry not sad .

Crying is good way of letting out the pain, but, somehow I can not cry

Honestly, I know exactly what you mean, because I am in the same situation. If I knew the best remedy..I would be doing it. It is hard to keep positive and your self esteem up when the world keeps telling you how lousy you are.
