Nothing to do..

I used to love not having plans... now not so much.
I didn't really have anything on the agenda today except maybe taking the kids to the community pool, which we have a season membership to.
But it's a little chilly today. It's barely 70 degrees right now, and it's not expected to even reach 80 today. Not exactly pool weather.
So I've been trying to think of something to do today, and nothing is coming to mind. Hubby is working, he's out at 5 and after that we have a bit of shopping planned. But until then there's not much to do. I've spent all morning trying to come up with a plan cause I'm bored to tears here!
We've got some big plans on Monday, we're going up to the 1,000 Islands area to do some sight seeing.
So I can't really spend any money today as I have to save it up for Monday's plan...
Think maybe I'll take the kids to a playground.. maybe then I'll come up with an idea for the rest of the afternoon until the hubby gets out of work...

i dislike havin' plans myself, they always go awry. take today fer instance. the hubs 'twas to take me north so's i could grab me some pictures. 'nstead, he chose to go'n play golf with his buddies.
when i'd young'uns't home, don't reckon i e'er got bored. always somethin' to do with 'em, e'en if'n jest board games.

Well, we don't have a farm to tend or anything. We seem to do very little around the house... when we're home we spend too much time in front of the TV, so on nice days I need a plan to get us outdoors.

@crazyhorseladycx I'm not really into gardening. We'll occasionally do some yard work but I am not really fond of it. I'd rather be off exploring something!

@katsmeow1213 e'en if'n i'd not so much to be tended, i'd be outdoors piddlin' 'round the garden 'n tidyin' what i could. t.v.'s not one'f my fav's, neither'd be jest sittin'. i've gotta stay active'n whate'er manner i can :)

Yesterday I saw 2 movies at Netflix because even the best of TV was VERY boring.

We ended up going to the pool for an hour anyway... the kids had fun, I didn't get in though!
