The sandwich was delicious. Huge but I was hungry so I ate it all. Im not really sure what it was called. The filling was cheese and onion Philly cream, and beef with sauerkraut, sounds weird but was actually really yummy. A pile of french fries which I left and a baby greens salad that I ate. Dessert was again for the third time this week chocolate cake. I again left half of it. I'm sure I have gained a couple of pounds which I need like a hole in my head.I did weigh 168 which meant I had gained back three pounds from 165. I need to lose to 145 or close to be where I had the best control of my diabetes. I actually got back to l63 after three or four weeks of 45 minute walks every five days plus cutting back on calories. Then I had not even been thinking of losing weight I just wanted to make my arthritic knee quit hurting and it did that. Now I need to again take up those walks and lose the rest of that flab in my abdomen. To all diabetes walking does help you to lose weight and helps your arthritis too., One original graphic and post by P Hatley copyrighted 2016

@hatley I am just in from weeding and watering fruit trees. Haven't had lunch yet. You've made me hungry.

I had tomato basil soup for lunch with two pieces of whole wheat toast. I walked yesterday. I have some exercise equipment I am trying to use as well. It does help my knees.
