Drop your ego because you can’t possibly know everything. When you are given pointers by your teammates, especially if you’re new to the team, it pays to hear their best practices. Being teachable and receptive to feedback is key to your own development. It is good to know what your role in the team is and what the tam can expect from you. It is most helpful to identify your goals early on so you’d have a direction of what you need to achieve. Not knowing where to go will not get you to your destination. Most definitely there are other things that you can do to nurture your relationship with your team. What have you done lately to make your bond stronger?

A plan on how to achieve your goals is so important. Learning from others helps to make you more balanced in your approach.

There is a saying 'if you don't know where you are going, you'll never get there'. It is good to be able to take advice from people.
