I couldn't post anything these 2 days because I was in hospital where I had my heart checked.Every male in my fathers family have weak heart so...I promise I will post something interesting tomorrow.

@Riku1998 How are you doing? The tea is helping a bunch. I even found some tea in the cupboards here that is suppose to help with quitting smoking.

No because we lose it after 30 but still it can hurt sometimes
